it makes javascript pop-ups when you click on a link. Made to the width and height of the users desire ^_^ lol it also has a place to tell each link by their own ID if there are multiple javascript pop-up links on one page so they dont all open up in the same pop-up, lol yeah, confusing @_@ lol
